So much fun to work with and such a wonderful person. Kristin with Stephanie Rose Events made our wedding day on 08.15.2015 better than we could have hoped. She’s cool, calm, collective and confident. She helped plan, recommend and guide us to vendors and with ideas the entire way. The day of our wedding, we think what really kept us calm was that she was so professional. She took total control over every aspect of our event so we could enjoy our day. She truly is an incredible wedding planner, and we are so grateful that she was a part of our adventure. It was a dream come true! We highly recommend her!
Kristin with Stephanie Rose Events was INCREDIBLE to work with. We realized very quickly that a wedding planner was the way to go and were lucky to have her. Both my wife and I are busy people, not much extra time to spend on the large amount of details that require attention during the wedding planning process. We didn’t know Kristin prior to our wedding planning, friends of ours referred her to us because they had such a great experience and raved about how much time, energy, and money she saved them. Kristin is a fantastic wedding planner! My fiancé and I really had no idea where to start especially here in San Diego where there are so many vendors to choose from. It is quite overwhelming.

Kristin Watkins was amazing for our wedding this past July. We live in LA so having a planner based in San Diego was important. At our 1st meeting, Kristin raised the bar. What we really loved is that she didn’t save all her great ideas and tips for when we hired her. She later sent a follow up email w/referrals of vendors and other ideas off our meeting. We wanted to hire her on the spot but taking other meetings showed us how much more Kristin understood us as a couple and our vision.
We hired her 6 months before our wedding and although she wasn’t contracted to start with us until a few months before, she would check in on our progress w/our wedding projects.
It was great to have an expert to bounce ideas off of and ask about wedding protocol, etc. She was key in getting a wedding rehearsal at our venue the day before our wedding. The venue had other events scheduled on the day we needed and Kristin was a lifesaver in making this happen since we had a large bridal party. Kristin was quick to respond and was very accessible for meetings. She coordinated everything w/our vendors. No matter how much time you think you have to prepare and plan for a wedding, there is ALWAYS a lot more things to do right before the wedding. We decided to have a photo booth at the last sec and she referred us to a great vendor. Cut to the big day and Kristin was so on her game.
By the time we got to our venue, everything was perfect, she was there w/a smile on her face and the calm energy we needed. She was quick on getting us and our bridal party in order for our grand entrance, friendly to all our family and guests, especially to our parents. She also kept track of our gifts, money envelopes and the wrap out. Our wedding had a lot of moving parts and because of her, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams.

My wife and I hired Kristin as our “Month of” Coordinator for our wedding this past July. When we first started planning for our wedding, my wife was a bit hesitant to hire a coordinator because it was yet another expense. However, after our wedding we both definitely agreed on the value of having Kristin Watkins take away a lot of the stress and handle some of the behind the scenes chaos for us.

Kristin goes beyond attention to detail. She sees your vision before you do and then holds your hand through the journey of your event. When you are sweating bullets Kristin gets it right away and calms you down with her level of confidence and ability to keep things on track.
She’s like a swan…cool, calm and beautiful on top and peddling like heck under water. Our event wasn’t a wedding but had all the same components and level of importance. She produced a weekend long birthday celebration for my Aunt who turned 100! That’s an event that doesn’t happen often.
