  • Planning

    • Unlimited emails, phone calls and correspondence
    • Verify all payment schedules are up-to-date
    • Review all vendor contracts and catering orders
    • Create comprehensive timelines of the ceremony and reception
    • Coordinate the wedding day itinerary and timeline with all vendors, venues, family members, wedding party, and couple
    • Contact all vendors to confirm delivery dates, times and locations
    • Walk through the ceremony and reception venues with the couple
    • Transport all personal items (toasting glasses, cake topper, guest book, etc) to ceremony and reception venues
    • Complete coordination of the wedding rehearsal

  • On wedding day

    • A minimum of one assistant the day of the wedding
    • Meet all vendors and deliveries and handle no-shows
    • Set-up the ceremony and reception spaces
    • Assist in placement of wedding day items such as programs, seating cards, favors, menus, guest book, etc.
    • Arrange wedding party and family entrances to both wedding ceremony and reception
    • Coordinate guest arrival and seating procedures for ceremony and rehearsal
    • Coordinate with vendors on the wedding day to ensure proper timing and placement
    • Coordinate collection and/or storage of personal items, gifts, flowers, cake topper, unity candle, guest book, etc. to be returned to wedding party
    • Distribute final payment to all vendors as instructed on your behalf
    • Ensure your gifts are secure and collected
    • Use of bride’s emergency kit
    • Ensure the details you worked so hard to create are executed perfectly

 Pricing ranges from $2,000 to $8,880.
