Your Wedding Should Feel Like You. We Make Sure It Does.

You’re engaged. Congratulations, and we mean that genuinely, not in a cheesy-card kind of way. Now comes the part where everyone has an opinion, the Pinterest boards multiply, and the question “but have you thought about…?” starts appearing in every conversation.

I have been planning weddings for more than 20 years. I know how to cut through the noise, keep your budget honest, and design a wedding that actually looks and feels like the two of you, not a template. You shouldn’t have to lose sleep over your own wedding. That’s what I’m here for.

How We Work

Wedding planning is one of the most exciting things you’ll ever do. It’s also one of the most complex. Venues, vendors, timelines, budgets, family dynamics, and roughly a thousand details that all have to land perfectly on the same day. I’ve been doing this long enough to know exactly where things go sideways, and how to make sure they don’t.

I start by getting to know you. Your story, your style, what you want your guests to feel when they walk into the room. From there, I handle everything: venue and vendor selection, contract negotiation, design and styling, logistics, and every detail in between. You stay in the loop on what matters; I carry the weight of everything else. You’ll walk down that aisle relaxed, present, and completely confident, because nothing has been left to chance.

My philosophy is simple. I get things done, and I do it with intention. You don’t have time to research every vendor, negotiate every contract, and chase every detail while also living your actual life. I do. I know which vendors will match your vision and your budget. I know how to design a day that feels personal and considered, not cookie-cutter. And here’s the honest truth: when your wedding looks incredible, I look incredible. So I work my tail off to make sure it does.

I’m based in Nashville and San Diego and work with couples wherever the wedding takes us. And I believe in love, all of it. Second wedding? Absolutely. Same-sex? Let’s go. Multicultural, nontraditional, destination? I’m in. Every time, full effort, no exceptions.

The Stephanie Rose Events Wedding Planning Process

  1. Vision. I listen first. I learn what makes your love story unique, what style defines you, and what you want your guests to feel.
  2. Team Building. I recommend and vet the right venues and vendors for your budget and aesthetic, and then I negotiate their contracts so you don’t have to.
  3. Logistics. Timelines, payment schedules, layouts, seating charts. I manage the details you don’t want to think about.
  4. Rehearsal. Nothing is left to chance. We walk through everything before the day arrives.
  5. Wedding Day. Relax. Be present. Be a guest at your own wedding. I’ve got the rest.
